These files contain sample data showcasing Volograms Ltd volumetric video capabilities and applications.

DEFINITIONS

“Licensor” Volograms Ltd. a Company incorporated under the laws of Ireland, located at Guinness Enterprise Centre, Taylor’s Lane, Dublin 8

“Dataset” The set of materials provided by Volograms Ltd under this Agreement, which include code, sample images, sample data, documentation and binary files.

1. WARRANTIES

  • The Dataset is the exclusive property of Volograms Ltd.
  • This content cannot be disclosed either in total or in part to any third parties without the written consent of the Licensor.

No warranty. The Dataset is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and any and all express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights are disclaimed. The licensee agrees that in no event will the Licensor be liable to the recipient or any other party for any damages arising in any way whatsoever from the use of the dataset. The licensee acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Dataset is at the licensee’s sole risk.

  • The Dataset can only be used for testing Volograms Ltd products and can not be used for any commercial or non-commercial project.
  • The Dataset cannot be used for the creation, modification, promotion of or the production of works of an erotic, pornographic, racist, or discriminatory nature and also for works that cause harm to the image or reputation of a person, to a company or generally harms human dignity.
  • On using this Dataset for test purpose, you agree on mentioning Volograms Ltd for any public release showing the Dataset.
  • Additional license information may be provided with the downloaded file(s) and/or with accompanying software licenses.

3. ASSIGNMENT

The licensee may not assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the Licensor. The Licensor may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the consent of the licensee being required.

4. LAW

This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
